If the Immigration Department disapproves your case, they are helping you to screen the helper. I remember I terminated the contract of a helper prematurely many years ago and told them because the helper really could not do any house chores and just carried my baby all the time but she was kind to my baby. The Immigration Department called me and interviewed the helper and finally disapproved the case. Later the new employer called me why and I told her that because she could not handle any housework and I said if you really wanted to hire the helper you could tell them you did not need her to do any housework. Short after that, the Immigration really approved the case. But within a few months (I think less than 3 months), the helper left HK for the Philippines because she said she could not handle the housework in the new employer's house. This helper was the cousin of my friend's helper thus I knew what happened to her after I had terminated the contract.
