Since you have to set DDNS. you need to connect router (to have a fix ip address). (I think you does not need to use the home PC and you can control & view through internet)
If you do not know what is DDNS, you can contact the shops. I think the sales can explain more clearly than I.
I'm now posting to sell a brand new Veo Wireless web cam that I bought 1 month ago, I bought it $2400 and now selling it $2000. You can remote moving the angle and has audio, recording function. This is the 2nd Veo web cam I bought. Since this new one is not compaible to the old one (with wire) I bought last year, I'm going to sell it and buy another one the same model as my old one.
