sorrento 嘛....我覺得好住,鄰居基本上都好 nice,正如有 mami 講,好多都係後生夫婦+小朋友...

冷氣的問題 : 係呀,我屋企 5 部(廳 2 部,3個房)都漏水...

...好彩叫 carrier (自費)黎整左就冇事啦...我老公話其實係裝得唔好姐...

...黎整果個師父重話我地叻,搬左個電視位去另一邊(原本電視係正冷氣底)...佢話佢眼見都燒左幾部 plasme 啦 (俾冷氣漏水整到燒左)...

lift : ok wor...都好快,我住左 2 年幾,淨係試過 2-3 次返工時間要等得耐 d...

向北的單位冬天真係好凍架...關晒 window 都好凍,要用暖爐...但向北的單位 open view 最有保証...要取捨啦...

Hi cheerful-BB and 1213,

Sorry to have question again, when I go and have a look at the garden view flat, I found its a bit hot even in Autumn. Do you know is it very hot during summer as it's facing SWest direction and also the reflection from the sea.

Maman2001 : 我老公話向西果 d 都熱架(我冇去睇過)...

但好似向西果 d 先係 3 房,向南果 d 得 2 房...

Thank you sandythepooth. It supprises me that there is very cold even in Winter at flat C & D although it faces SW. Are you living on very high floor? I guess we will be struggling on selecting the direction when we need to make the decision.

Any other experience sharing is very welcome too, 1213 and cheerful-BB?

我想問下咁多位媽咪,
個會所大唔大呀?? 我有個朋友話個會所唔係好大(特別係小朋友玩果部份), 我未去過, 所以唔知.
同埋想問, 去海富同 harbour city 既 shuttle bus 幾點開, 因為咁啱我少朋友喺海富果邊讀書, 而我就喺尖沙咀返工.
唔該哂.

Hai Fu Shuttle - every 30 mins.
Harbour City Shuttle only available for weekend or public holiday - every 15 mins.

我去過漾日居的 club hse,好正,bb 1 間大房,小朋友 1 間大房,唔怕 d 小朋友玩得 high 得滯時整親 bb...

但冇睇過果邊 d 樓,唔知屋的間隔好唔好...

Maman2001 : 我本身冇鼻敏感,覺得 d 空氣 ok...

除左揀方向,間隔都好緊要...俾你向南,但得 2 房都冇用啦...

我住向北的單位,尋晚已經唔敢開大個 window...d 風好勁...

...不過好鐘意間屋好開揚...

好似漾日居d樓既size 好似好大既喎. 係咪呀? 我唔想要到咁大, 大約7百幾8百尺就已經ok 啦. 而我仲意club house 俾小朋友玩既夠大, 要個 club house 都係為左俾小朋友玩咋.
