Yes. I agree. I have try their 14 days free trial.
On the first day the sales sale me very hard. They are not very hornest. At first they will give you a higher price plan e.g. 3xx a month and only one centre, then if you reject they will give you another cheaper and better plan. Also, as HeiMaggie said he tell me very fast and try to cheat me or not to tell me the attractive price is with contract, it's lucky that I feel he's dishonest and then I try to ask more and clarify more and then he finally tell me the truth that the attractive price is with 1 year contract.
I'm now finally join Physical, I feel they are not as tricky as California's staff. I know that they are now having the 1 get 1 plan with $2300@ a year or 1 get 3 plan with $1800@ seems quite reasonable.

Physical, no hard sell, you could enjoy to do gym there without anyone selling you any product. I joined there several years. I never was asked to buy any products & service.

我2000年同一時間過join過 Physical & California (絧纙灣利舞台樓上樓下), 可能地點問題, Physical實在太多人, 好多時上唔到堂就往下走去玩 California.

因我個人比較喜歡上 class (之前平均一個月上20-30堂), Physical 得10堂free另charge毛巾. California就任上任用, 所以最後都係選擇California.

00-02 比 $8,888/24mths (ie $370/mth)
03-06 比 $7,999/48 mths (ie $167/mth)
07 以後我 "每年" 只需比 $699/12 mths (ie $58/mth)

Calfornia 係會越玩得耐就越平, 續月比月費會貴d. 不過而家應該會平過我當時囉. 另很多國家都有 branches, 我就去過泰國及星加坡的, 水準不錯.

之不過而家做得亞媽級, 無咁多時間同咩野都要平靚正, 若從頭選過, 我或許會 consider Physical.

係呀! 我都係join Fitness First, 貪佢乾淨又人少, 永遠唔洗爭機同埋bath booth. 仲有免費飲品 (tea/coffee/soft drinks)同報紙睇.

我既月費係$499 (指定centre, 包毛巾--無限數目), 運動班都已經包左.
