I finally got CX flight booked after CNY...it's crazy!
I saw a few BK Mom mention 輕井澤 is a good place to ski. Is 輕井澤 better or Hokkaido better for kid? I am afraid is too cold in Hokkaido. What type of cloths I should prepare for my son?

I've met a Canadian coach in Hokkaido few years ago. I can check with him where is he now this year. Cos' his wife is a Japanese (also ski coach).
No guarantee for native Eng. speaking coach in Japan, they may send you a Japanese coach who speak little bit Eng, but I think it's still able to communicate.
Or if you want your kid to learn some basic thing and no need to worry before you set off. I do recommend a lesson at Slope Infinity. Even you can brush up your skills together with your kid.
I will wait for my turn 3 years later, cos' my girl is just 2 years old. So we will go to Thailand this winter
