Part II on my visit to the doctor again with BB, today.
I went to the doc with BB again cause she is still having the flu. Similarily, she has to take the steam again and as usual she cried and scream.
But, today the argument with nurse is totally different.
Before my BB, another 9 mths BB also need to take the steam and thus she also cried and scream a lot.
I talked to that mom, before my BB took the steam, and said I feel very pity for the BB to take the steam as they will be very afraid and definitely will cry and scream. That mom feel very please with my understanding.
Having heard about our discussions, the nurse, joint the conversaion and said that not all BB will cry and scream.
That mom immediately re-act and counter-argue that BB with such young age cannot stand that "touture" and she doesn't think any BB will stay very calm.
The nurse still insisted that they have BB stay calm and didn't cry. As early in the morning, there has been another BB around 2 yrs old did not cry.
That mom, much stronger than me ( in arguing, :-P ) suggested that for 2 yrs old BB, may be he/she started to take steam since 6 mths and needs to take every week, then definitely will not cry.
That mom further said that may be she need to talk to the doc to see if her BB is not suitable or having problem with the steam as other BB doesn't cry but her BB does.
Then the nurse immediately SHUT UP.
After my BB took the steam, we went to the doctor's room for finishing check up. The doctor is very nice and said my BB is much better now. He said that he would like to carry BB. I am definitely OK but my BB does not like it and cry again.
Taking the chance, I told the doctor the followings: -
"Oh, Doc, may be your nurse cannot complain my BB is crying too much again as the one who made my BB cry is you, Doc "
The Doc laughed and sighed.
What a good revenge that I had made with the nurse. I must admitted that I am a "mean" person and like revenge.
