唉...個新印做咗3 weeks, 成日發覺佢講大話...又賴呢個o個個...己經不停訓話...
至last night, 我比件衫佢iron...領有花邊, 之前我 checked 過, 亦都着過上身 (怕太肥着唔落) 至比佢...佢入咗去好耐....跟住出嚟話..." i know you won't believe me, but your shirt has two big holes before i even start to iron it!"
頂!!好明顥就iron 燶咗 la...D花邊硬硬地又溶溶地...佢話返我講大話又唔信佢...衝入房執行理話 "I don't like to work for you, I am leaving!"

我都產左larry一獲呀, 好激氣呀....佢話呢, 因為佢依家冇sign anything and that your maid could simply say she was only joking when she said she wants to leave, so if you force her out of the home now, it means you are firing her. I told him that I totally disagreed with him. First of all, she had made the request herself last night and you agreed. So, its a valid agreement (even made verbally). Even if she chances her mind now, but I see that the agreement is still valid, i.e. she has to leave. Larry said, if she insisted to stay now, then if you force her out, it would mean that you are firing her. I was really pixx off at his view, I told him no, cos' the previous agreement was valid and if she didn't want to pay the one month in lieu, than go to the Labour Tribunal and sue the family, I really don't see how we could entertain such a poor attitude worker. Finally, I told Larry that I don't care what you have to say/do to explain to this maid, there is no way she could continue working at your home. He said he would arrange the Indonesia staff to interview your maid and take her away. Really 激氣呀

We have our bun bun as our witness wor....and we don't mind going to court for that ah...
should I make some paper and ask her to sign it now before larry's staff comes?
so frustrating!!!

Its OK...you know at the end larry said I am not trying to keep her at your home and I will try to ask to leave voluntarily. I told him, that all I want and I hanged up. I was just angry that he said the maid could change her mind and stay!!!!!! how could that be? I told Larry, if I say I would first her and kick her out of my home, than I decided I didn't want to pay her the one month in lieu and asked her to come home..... Could I do that??? I told him a verbal agreement is as good as a written contract. Don't worry, I think his staff will talk sense into your maid and sort it out.

No, no need to sign any paper cos' even if she signs now, it would not be in her mother tongue, its the same as signing a piece of blank paper. You wait till larry's staff, she would prepare a letter of resignation in Indonesian and English. OK!!!!!
