1) We usually use 冬茹絲、肉絲, shuet choy si (shuet lay hung), 白菜仔同炒. But remember to wash the shuet choy si and 白菜仔 carefully. Otherwise, d sa stick to nin go: very nan eat ga la!!!
If you use shuet choy si, don't put too much salt, because shuet choy can be very salty ga! If you want the nin go color to be light brown, you could use lo chow.
Yes, you could buy those 浸好nin go (sold by piece) or buy 1 pack 浸好+cut jor . OK ga.
NO ar! I know how to 'up'. But I rarely cook ga... The dishes i know are very simple ga jar: bbq ribs, coke wings, green curry chicken (thai style).
BTW, i had taken a short cooking course in Bangkok before. Long long time ago lu! But really ho ho wan! They teach: thai salad, deep fried spring rolls and green curry chicken. The last one is quite easy to make ga. I have recipes. If you like, i could give you a copy ga!!!
