As your 預產日 is later than ours, you may not feel the baby movement as same as us.
You may try to lie in bed or sofa, turn off the TV or maybe you can play some soft music for 10-20 minutes. See if you can feel it.
It just like heart beat in your tummy (someone beat you slightly from inside).
Oh, last night I have attended a Talk held by Wyeth and I got a bottle of milk powder S-26. The size is around 400 ml. On the coming Sunday, I will join another talk held by MeadJohnson. Hope they will distribute some more samples as well.
For the weight issue, the ideal weight for the whole pregnancy as I read from the book is 28-35 so that you can easily return your weight or figure back to normal (before pregnancy). You may try to eat healthier and try to avoid fatty or sweet goods. However, as long as your doctor said it is OK, it should be OK.
For 坐月點樣補身, I will stay with my mom during that period.
原來薑飯都要等惡露清哂生可以食. I alway think that can eat 薑飯 right after 生完BB.
I have attended a seminar offered by MeadJohnson last Saturday (how to stimulate baby left and right brian) and have received some gift e.g. baby spoon x 5 pcs, Nuk 乳貼, toys with music for baby..etc

I went to Jusco's Baby Fair yesterday, but just to get familiar with baby stuff as I do not know what I should buy. Seems that the price for milk bottle steriliser, baby bed, etc are reasonable. I did not buy anything as it seems too early for me to do so (sex of BB still not confirmed). Do you think that I should at least buy something at this stage? My friend said that they might be one more sale later before our expected month and suggested me to wait for that. Is this true?
BTW, you can ask cashier at 3rd floor for a photocopy of checklist of stuff (also posted on the wall) for new born baby. I think it is useful for new mother-to-be like me.
As per othe BK moms, the next Jusco baby fair may be held on July or August. As my 預產日 is early July, it may be too late for me.
Well, I plan to buy BB 浴盆 (with 防滑網) at less than$100. As at 荷花, BB 浴盆 cost over HK$120 while the 防滑網 costs over HK$30. I may also buy small stuff likes 紗巾....
生完老公不要退貨就...
