一返工對住個mon, 條頸同膊頭即刻好酸痛

尋日放工返到屋企, 攰到攤係到0吾識郁

This is becoz u have taken 6 weeks leave la ma. Of course not adapt back to office work lar.

yup, i think i need some time to adapt...

btw, i haven't tried "calcium c" b4, is it like orange juice? i drink milk and fish soup everyday, lucky that i can still swallow them...

我係度, 今日冇豆爸黎接放學(因為我地要去中環, 所以佢將架車留o向公司元朗), 我自己搭巴士, 返到屋企都11:30
