me too. i will return to work in April. my office encourages breast feeding and i can do it in my own room (just close the door). i m still thinking whether to buy a small refrigerator but some said the temp is not so stable. i may put this in the one in pantry (with a coloured bottle).
ve u rent a pump? my friend has given me a medela mini-electric (single) but my colleagues suggested that it's better to rent the double one (faster).
i ve many colleagues breast feeding to the age of 2. they said it's v. convenient. only need to feed one time every day and the other, simply bump the milk out is ok (bump for 3 to 4 times a day). it's believed that feeding till the age of 1 can increase the IQ of the kid for 8 "degree". most importantly, it improves the relationship between the mum and the kid and the health of the kid.
hope we all can be successful in breast feeding :)
my friend told me she keeps breast feed his son. in the first 9mths, she kept on pump out milk in the office and breast feed him at night once time. After nine months, she doesnt need to pump in the office and she can still keep on feed his son at night.
BTW, I have not yet pack anything. As I have to move to my mother-in-law home in the beg. of Dec. However, I booked my doctor for c-section on 6 Dec and my last working day will be on 1 Dec.
I worried it is so rush, but I have no choice. As my job has not yet finish la~~
Just feeling the tummy is very very heavy and very tired at night time. :-( Really want to ask for more in-advance holidays~ but dont know how to speak to my boss....
