Replied by the Consultant of DWE, "Mickey and Minnie" would normally stay for some hours and there would be sufficient time for every family to take individual photos with them.

However, as we have to fill in the forms for DWE (with family particulars) before taking the individual photos, we may need to pass the blank forms to all the participants for completion earlier, then queue up for photo taking at some appropriate times (with the completed forms on hand) so as to facilitate the whole process.

Do you think if we can pass the blank forms to all participants by e-mail/ fax so that we can complete the form before the birthday party.
By the way, is there any approach to the photo taking company for the sponsorship since I found that the 2004 Oct mother's club has got the sponsor from a photo taking company for their half yearly birthday party. I am thinking if we can approach that company also.

Further checked with the Consultant of DWOE, we have to complete the ORIGINAL forms and copies would not be accepted.
