In theory is OK because at this moment, both of them have parental responsibility. But if Peg deliberately hide the son to HK, she may sue/petition by his C6 for divorce under the heading of unreasonable behaviour. That's a big harm to her for bidding the upbringing rights in the future.

As far as I know, if they are married in Indo, then the litigation(court case) will be held in Indo, the participation of HK lawyer is minimal, so the chance of Indo lawyer Vs. HK lawyer is very unlikely unless the HK lawyer have the practice right in Indo but I think this is also an unlikely case. The JK lawyer will normally act for Peg to write some correspondences upon the Indo lawyer who act for Peg.
