Or if you gals are willing to take over some of the ginger, I can ask yanyan to make all of the 30 catties, then share the cost ga ! But may not be pink in colour, cos nowhere to sun it. You need to put it out on balcony under the sun to make it go pink.
i.e. she does all the peeling, cooking in vinegar, then I pass to you and you sun it at home and wait for it to be ready to eat.
