EW organized storytelling sessions Fri / Sat, for parents and Pr teachers.

Gloria,

Actually a promo session for 2 storytellers, Mitch and Martha (forgot surname) who wrote a few books. Exaggerated, dramatic presention of story, complete with sound effect and body movement, may be with or without props. M&M demo their technique. Everything and more in their books. One of the books incl a VCD of kids being storytellers, non-Engl mother-tongue kids expected to find that storytelling encourages language-learning, build self-confidence, enlightenment in future direction etc. Another book contains 25 (?) short stories which are easy to present.

Tks all, for keeping me company.

My piglet is so stubborn, refused to take remedial action tonight. So I just ignored him for about 1 hr before he slept. See what happens tomorrow. No TV for him tomorrow !! :tongue:

I have seen Commercial Press has a series of Enid Blyton books recently. You can also find some at Bookazen at Lee Garden II.

One book contains several short and funny stories, cost around $40.

happened to be so early only. From my spelling of the movie title, you can know I was so..................sleepy.

The movie has not made my son high-spirited wor. He is sleeping already now. I will follow suit..........

[size=small]Little Leveled Reader (A/B/C/D sets) each set has 15 titles.

Appearance of one of the little books.

5-1/2" x 4-1/4", 8-page books on topics kids love!

Happened to read a few titles. Quite well written and interesting. Black and white only. But quite good indeed.

Maybe for 2-5 yrs old.

This series is so popular in Japan that it has been read by many generations for 3 decades.

The whole set has 12 books.

Highly recommended for young kids (2-7yrs). Excellent humor!!

Don't ask me about the books in Sing. I have yet to find out - next summer.

Appl time la woh, beg of Dec, prepare that 1st !!!
Deadline around mid-Jan, not end-Jan. We need more time ourselves this yr for "internal processing".

Maybe you try Amazon.com or ask any bookstore to order for you with its ISBN no. (searchable at amazon.com too!)

I just searched the images form Amazon.com. Those box set has 5 copies of each book (i.e. class set), costing US$24-29.95 (not yet including freight). Avg cost per each 15-book set seems to be around US$6 (excl freight). Maybe you can order with 4 other friends or try ordering single-set through bookstores. My son loves those few (borrowed from others) so much and he can tell all the title names by reading the book cover.
