You are a lucky one to get this new born baby tax deductible thing! Looks like we have our second child too early!
Take care ah. My husband's colleague was 8 months pregnant with twins until both babies died in the womb. She must be very miserable. She had two miscarriages before. Sigh.... Never mind the dust, bed rest as much as you can. The nausea feeling is actually good for pregnancy! Just eat "saw-dar-ban" biscuit la (I didn't eat any, only knew it's good).
I do have some baby toys, a stroller (old & cheap old) & 2 rocking chair (baby walker). Call me if u want them.
About our kids' birthday party, how wants it? My job is quite busy nowadays. Can only help a bit.

How come your family coughs so much? Anything to do with the mites / dust in the air? You may consider using an air-purifier. Touch wood, my two monsters are quite healthy, though naughty.
