Q: Will all colours available on the said available date? If not, what colour are available for each kind of sling, especially Cotton Sateen and Tropix Cotton.
A : We will have various colours. Most which are shown on the website would be available, but there may be new ones. The tropix would be different in colours though. Cotton Sateen - I think both colours would be available.
Q: Could I make a reservation now by placing an order? Should I pay now?
A: We prefer that this is not done b/c the colours are not confirmed.
Q: I tried to order a sling before and found the address field (i.e. one of the required information for ordering) too short and not enough to state my place of living. What should I do?
A : Put it in hte Message Box.
Q: Once I fill in all the required information including payment method, does it mean my order is finalized or there would be any reconfirmation required(as stated in your website on the charge of delivery)?
A: We will still send you an Invoice for you to confirm if the total costs+shipping is acceptable to you PLUS for you to confirm that it is alright to charge your credit card for that amount shown on the Invoice.
Q: How long does it take for an international mail, that is, the lead time from ordering to the time the sling is received?
A: Generally 7 to 10 days - do take note that our dates for post-office runs are Wednesdays and Sundays only though. Not daily.
Q: May I know the difference between cotton sateen and tropix cotton range?
A: Sateen- is a fine very lightweight cotton.
Tropix is of a Crisp cotton poplin.
Both lightweight.
