I have a question on teeth. Justin's teeth (about 8-10) looks quite grey in color. I checked with his doctor, and she said it was due to lack of Calcium. However, as he has intaked the proper amount of formlar, and almost go out for sunlight everyday. I think it was not the cause. Another fact is he seldom brush his teeth, as my 99 doesn't care at all. :evil: Therefore, I can only brush them during weekend.

My question is, is there anything else that would made his teeth grey? Or, is it really the problem on teeth brushing?

I am not in very good knowledge about dentistry. However, all I know about grey teething (uneven colour of the teeth) may due to:

1) deficiency of Calcium/Vit. D (if d牙灰得好渾循)
2) side effect caused by antibiotics intake (if d牙灰得一噠噠)
3) dirty (if 某幾隻牙局部性/一點點咁灰)

so what is Justin's situation of above? if becos of 1, it can be caused by reason 2 as well. This is all I can explain to you la... But brushing teeth should be started already for cleaning purpose and also make it as a good habit for the kid.... so try to persuade your 99 to do so la...

So for Ziggy son's situation, only 1 tooth is grey may due to intake of certain medicine during the tooth developemnt period. I (Jackie myself) got the same problem ar! My first & 2nd cutting teeth (門牙) 一噠噠瓦色.... My mum said 我出恆齒果時成日發燒食藥. So, very likely is due to cetain medicine/ antibiotics intake which obstruct the absorption of Calcium la...

Finally where did you buy the colostrum powder? does Jasmine like it?? I have to buy colostrum powder in HK too as Charmaine will finish it very soon but I don't have NZ flight next month. I have checked the one in Yue Wah, but the one doesn't look reputable to buy.... I have no idea where can I find which is similar to the one I am having now.

May I know which brand and how much of yours? Thank you very much ar!!!!!!!!

There is colostrum powder and tablets, which are also made in NZ, selling in Eugene Group (ie 荷花). You may have a look

For the tablets, they are now promoting in Feb. (original price is $250/box and now, if you buy anything in Eugene, then you can +$99/box).

荷花得一隻brand for colostrum powder and tablets. BTW, Icecrm has posted the one she introduced on the 1st page of this topic. She's mentioned that it can also be bought in Australia ga

This is the colostrum chewable tablets for Charmaine as snacks, which I got it from my friend's pharmacy in New Zealand. Actually there are many brands of colostrum in NZ, but my friend who is a registered pharmacist there, she recommended this one since the manufacturer, Healtheries, is reputable and reliable. Also, it is at good price with it's colostrum concentration and added vitamins B & C.. etc. So far, Charmaine loves this colostrum tablets and sometimes she points at the bottle as said 'um um', indicating she wants to have some. I have checked Healtheries is also available in Australia too, but not sure if they have full range of products in Australia.

Anyway, I got many enquiries from may mommies, including some of the Nov03 mommies how to get this colostrum. But so sorry, I can't swap for NZ flight the next month for that even I have to buy its powder too!!! So, I am thinking if many of us wanna buy, we can gather the order and I will ask my friend if it is possible to pack a box and send to HK by parcel. Of course we have to share the mailing fee, but I have to check how many bottles and how much of the delivery fee it will be. What do you all think? However, I will go long flight tmr and will be back after 3rd March. I will see if there are lots of order then can share the delivery fee to make each bottle not too expensive. If not, I'd rather wait until I have NZ flight in the coming months. It costs 28NZD (around HK$150-160, depends on exchange rate) of each bottle of Healtheries Colostrum with 250 chewable tablets. I guess if the order is more than 30 bottles, including the delivery charge will be around $170-185/bottle (I guess only, have to check after 3rd March) So, pls place your order if you are interested. I will try to handle it later.
