其實唔係好複雜, 最主要係視乎你本身係用邊仲方法計糧, 如果係係$salary /30 即話, 就應該連休息日都要計埋比佢, 如果係$Salary/26, 咁就係只係計佢既大假日數, 十日就十日, 十四日就十四日.
我自己就係年薪/365日, ...

I know the difference between working days and calendar days but how do you come to a conclusion on "年假幾時都係用工作日計"?? if a person's monthly salary is $10000 and he has 15 days of unused holidays before he departs, boss needs to pay $10000/26x15? and if he has 15 days undued salary, boss needs to pay him extra $10000/30x15??
