I think I would mostly join the class in the Sat afternoon in the future! But, I would also try another classes in other studios as I believed that I could gain more from different instructors.

For me, as i not often doing exercise before pregnancy, I don't do so many exercises now. 因為凡事都要取中庸之道, 就算做運動是好, 也要小心衡量 ?-(
So, i decided to do yoga and swimming at most twice a week(due to my workload too). Please let us know what your Doctor said after your checking! I've swum three times, each time took only 20-25min.

I agreed with Bear2 that you had headache last time due to your respiration skills. Remind to take more drink before and after the practice. Take deep breath slowly and deeply during every posture. Take food only 2 hours before. And, just relaxed, especially your shoulder.
Do you enjoy the trial in Planet? Oh! I did not know that they had pre-natal class. I had attended a trial class for yoga dance there 3 years before. I hardly followed the instruction of the Indian tutor as his English is very......!
Anyway, I had not swum yet as no one accompanied me! My husband was just busy in his work and his study recently. So, I dare not to swim on my own. But for yoga practice, I can go alone ma!

I've joined the one in Pure Yoga at CWB, the class is ok although i got headache after the lesson( due to my own reason)
I still like to join another prenatal yoga coz I do think that is really GOOD for my procreation. As this is my first Baby, i really afraid that I get into pain for over 10 hours....![]()
However, the price of that branch provided is not attractive.
Maybe talk with you more details when we meet, ok?

The instructor at TST centre is very nice too, her voice is very gentle and she speaks slowly in Chinese & English. She'll walk around the room to fix any incorrect postures to make sure we won't get hurt and harm our babies.
