There was “insufficient evidence” to prove that the total fat intake, saturated fat, polysaturated fat, meat, egg, or dairy have anything to do with heart disease
The other review was part of a large report published by the World Health Organization ( WHO ) in September 2009. It showed the same results. People who eat less fat or saturated fat do not become healthier, in neither observational studies nor in more certain controlled studie
