I have got the baby ginger and paid $$ last night. One big bottle and two small bottles, am I right? If not, I can return them to TCS next week :mrgreen:

Also, do I need to place them under sun until their colour turns pink?-(

Correct qty.
Whether put under the sun : if you want it to turn pink, ==> sun. Otherwise, can just put anywhere and wait for ~3 weeks. (or you can try now but taste may not be ready).

Remember this is made from raw ginger, not cooked / hot vinegar. Diff from So Si Wong's recipe. Her style = hot vinegar ==> says can eat next day woh ?-(

Also, this character is now big pig's enemy no. 1. She is vvvv mean to the lowly workers (uses foul language too), only puts on a smiling face for her fans.

I sat on my bag today ==> water bottle ==> broke LCD mon of mobile phone,
==> repairs, changed new LCD mon for $260 :-(

Fortunately there was stock, and repair took ~1hr.
Nokia is v efficient in this.

TWD: surprisely that my son Si-Fu change to Leung Sir. As last week. Law Si-Fu said Leung Sir will in-charge for our ctr and all kids should call Leung sir as Si-Fu instead of him. Law Si-Fu said he need to do more paper work/admin. work bor.

i think it is better for my son as he is happy to hear that. Law Si-Fu somtimes too high profile and too rude to the kids.

May be you can come to our ctr instead of the Pak Tin bor.

Or you can ask your hubby to collect from Kln City cos he has the car loh. Then I ask yanyan to deliver to car.

Good for your son woh. We didn't know Leung Sifu was going to look after LCK.
But no la, the time in ShekKipMei (3-5pm Sat) is quite OK. And my son has his TKD classmate around, and the junior Sifus are quite tough, i.e, tough enough.

Good training for piglet.

Yes. Supposed for kids. It is written by Stephen Hawking and his daughter Lucy.

I heard that the English edition will be publicly available on 13 Sep. Maybe pre-order is available in some bookstores. But I haven't checked yet.
