ANS:{合約上可以寫有初生B，你同房署講BB只係8am-6pm係公公屋企代為照顧，BB唔係度住既，通常房署唔會唔批既。或者打去房署問左先再決定點做}

ANS:{你可以要求maid放無薪假期，佢肯當然最合你意，但佢絕對可以SAY NO架}

ANS:{好多印傭都係中東工作，因為同是回教國家。唔洗怕她會難適應，因好難適應佢都要適應，要搵錢無計}

1) I request her last working day by 10 Mar, she is also agree will go to agent to sign back resign letter, both of us are also agree last working day by 10 Mar. Is it write down on her original resign letter and ask her sign it back is ok?

ANS:{Yes you can change on the original letter. I assume she had given you one month notice in advance, in order to avoid any unforseenable problem, it is best to write a new one and back date the letter issue date to 11 February and the last working date to 10 March.}

2) Her contract of home address is Naga, HK to Manila of air ticket are pay by employer. From Manila to Naga (She can take by plane or Bus), she requested that from Manila to Naga by plane. I can reject by plane or not?

ANS:{By Law, see the Employment Contract 7a and b, Employer are to provide the most direct route back to her place of origin. The Labour Department will read it as by plane if its available. This is a grey area for argument. See answer 3.}

3) If she ok from Manila to Naga by bus, how much of bus fare I need to pay?

ANS:{Flight to Naga is 45 mins (around HK$500). By bus will take 7-8 hours (HK$100). If by bus and if she arrive Manila there is no more bus for that day and have to stay another night in Manila, you have to pay another HK$200 (food and travel allowance at HK$100 per day). In conclusion, its better that you pay for the domestic airfare to her and save all the trouble.}

4) In HK, is it I need pay the HK$100 to her of traffic
allowance of she go to airport?

ANS:{By Law you have to pay HK$100 food and travelling allowance from your house to HK airport.}
