Ha ha sorry I don't have any kids. However I am sure all the mums here will be able to give you good advices.

Relocation is a big project. I applaud all parents who are handling the relocation and finding school for kids at the same time. It is tough and tough.

Hello,

I think we have BK parents who lives in both of these suburbs.

Carlingford is not near North Sydney. If you are considering Carlingford, I would suggest looking at Epping - this is based on train availability. The Carlingford line hasn't got many trains. Where as Epping will have even better service next year when the Epping to Chatswood Raillink comes into service. The down side of Epping is that it hasn't got a big shopping centre, but Macquarie Centre & Eastwood are both fairly close.

This is their online timetable - you can check how frequent trains for each line is.

Note also that when the Epping to Chatswood Raillink is operational, train frequency on some stations maybe affected (not Epping, but Eastwood, West Ryde etc will be affected).

I am living in Hurstville, an extremely convenient location. Many Chinese shops and a good school nearby, Hurstville Public School.

Hi Lower_Primary,

My daughter is 16.5 months now. But usually our gathering will have babies/children from 3 months to 7 yrs old (most is around 16months-20months). For sure we will have another gathering coming soon. So probably see you next time.
