re: CNY trip
今年真係好多人去旅行, 早2個月幫家姐book機票都比agent 話我遲, 酒店又好Full.....

我哋本來訂咗機票 easter 去JP, 但朗ba 突然話到時應該有嘢做去唔到, 佢話想新年去Malaysia, 因為太趕, 唯有跟團.
早2個星期問CNY去馬來西亞 d 團, 搵咗幾間旅行社, 得一間有位, 仲係得幾個位個隻, 好誇張!!

好在終於 confirm 成行啫.

actually I know not really difficult, just need some techiques (that's what I'm learning now).

hi... it's not easy ar... at home... usually can't do the deep stretching poses ga... cos don't have enough warm up.. if in yoga centre, of course can't take pic la.
