Fortunately we have only 2T and 2E per year, and already finished 1T + 1E this year.

Gloria,

Don't worry about piglet - his thick pet pet bounced the ruler off my hands and the ruler landed somewhere and broke a chip off the end jeh.
He's playing as usual, and swindled 5 Lego minifigures plus lots of accessories from me just then. Not hurt at all, never learns any lesson.

Yes, Kam Fai or Yuet Sing. They are hung from the ceiling. There are three diff colours: black, green & orange. They are baby lion dance. Puppets with 5 string. Can even control its mouth to open / close with one string.

Easy to handle.

Bee makes them sleep, lie down, jump, run, even poop.. :mrgreen: ...etc.

Went to the Trendyland sales last night, nothing special, less stuff than last time, just bought some towels, storage bags and photo album

Hi, ALL,

our family will go to Korea for ice-skating at Christmas, any good place or good to buy? any recommendation. i didn't go to Korea for a long time.

Not very exciting for this trip, becasue i don't like the cold weather as well as ice-skating, only AH 4 of this trip for my son. My honey and my son is very exciting as they likes ice-skating, but me :tongue:

For me - Korea is not good for shopping and eating as well.

Well, think of it this way :
In cold weather you can put on more clothes.
In hot weather, you can't peel your skin off.

Don't buy noodles from Korea, same price for same items can be found in HK.

TKD - did you know that Pak Tin fees are going up ? I think new $ is $450 / 10-12 sessions, from Jan 2007.

I have several boxes of 三角鉛筆 left (bought from 晶晶), each box contains 10 pencils and a sharpener, $10/box.

yes, last time Si Fu mentioned they will increase the price a little bit next year. He said they didn't increase the price for many years wo!!

if $450 for 12 sessions (3 months), i think it is acceptable, i didn't remember the fee right now, may be around $380 (3 months)

What is the fee at Child's protection ctr right now? which side is cheaper?

Pak Tin is now $380/3m,
from Jan onwards $450/3m (10-12 sessions) 2h@

Ours is $300 / qtr (new qtr Jan - Mar = 9 sessions) 1hr15min@

Similar lah.

But seems that Pak Tin trains better / tougher. And also getting tougher and tougher.

I think, being Society for Pro of Child, they over-protect.

Have your enrolled with b-s? Got a notice from them saying that they will have xmas holiday and next week students will be distributed xmas present!!

AA offered to teach me chinese painting. i am very interested but need to squeeze time to learn it w/o compromising time with bee.

may be you should buy the Montessori set (costing over $20K in HK) at a very low price if you can communicate w/ Korean people. well believe that you don't need such a low-b set.

Korea is interesting ga. I like shopping in the street in Centre Seoul. It is like WOman Street. Laneign cosmetics is very good value for $. I have a book about traveling in Seoul bought for my last trip there last Sept. If interested, let me know. I can pass to TCS for your use.
