Yes ah, piglet returns to school (with lessons) on 8 Jan.

Actual situation is, they have parent-teacher "conference" on 4 and 5 Jan,
i.e. parent(s) go to school with kid, and "see" classteachers for ~10-15 mins, and collect Term1 report. So officially Term2 "school" starts on 4 Jan, but real classes start on 8 Jan.

Told you this school allows for a lot of holidays, and easy life for kids and parents.
Piglet only needs to write up 1 Engl book report, and 4 Chin book reports, + do 2 Chin comprehension exercises, over his 2+weeks Christmas / NY holidays.

Seems piglet's school is focused on reading.

btw, how detail is the book report required? Do you need to accompany him to read/write or he has to do on his own?

As TXL is an eng primary school, I'm curious Chin homework for holiday is much more than that of eng....

Only 2 exercises = 4 pages of Chin compre jeh.

For book reports, I need to oversee, otherwise he writes too much and out of context ga - too excited.

Actually the Chin bk reports are quite easy. But the Engl book report is more demanding, need to draw and write and decorate (Christmas tree-shaped space for writing and drawing). And need to go over the guidelines with piglet.

But then the Chin bks are more difficult - more pages, more Chin characters, and need to select those with larger text. (Some good books are printed on small text, which is NOT a good practice.

)

For Engl bk, piglet writes about "Roman Adventure" under ORT.

Choice of book(s) up to the kids / parents, can be vvv easy ones, can be chapter books, whatever.

Yeah ah, I saw the 50th Anniversary limited-edition (with 8 "gold" bricks) buckets in both CWB and Mkk shops these 2 days.
We went to CWB on Wed and Mkk yesterday.

Some of their items = TRUs / Sogo / Jusco px.

Possible for us to exchange tonight after work ?

賣2手時都遇到d唔多有交帶的對手。

又話我部機唔太work (其實噴左d CD-spray就得)，想減我$1500因為佢要賣過部成$2000的新機。我話比佢知，部機對我來講係0機價，一蚊都唔減，佢買唔買新model同要幾錢唔關我事。我事實一d都唔急讓，佢問到我才出價。佢之後又叫我唔好賣部機，話淨翻個set會賣唔出，多多砌辭！約到晨咁早交易，遲到又唔交帶是否在路途中，等我成家係30號等佢。我「男女男」「男女男」地成家落去交收，佢都好唔好意思(雖然無悔意 :mrgreen: )，最終我賣左套好野！
