Can anyone confirm that i can view the seteXe ipContxxl Cam in my office by using IE regardless of the firewall setting of my company????

Since I tried the demo site of seteye.com:

http://ipcontrolcam.seteye.com/

and i cannot access it at office or at home?

is it the firewall of office cause the problem?
at home, i use HUT "electrical broadband" -- will it cause any problem????
