profit make out from selling, if running no porfit of the year how would they leveraging for future investment ?
Do you have property on hands? if you do and aussming you already earn 2m margin, same story that you might think of selling it in breaking cash back to buy more property/assets, making money from money and let it roll like a ball.
and do know that they wil still making profit by selling property though when at down turn economic autosphere but might not as profitable as targeted.
