I saw another Thomas Racing set (w/ Thomas and Bertie and a hardcover story book) at 50% off at Toysrus!! Org $379, now $189.5!! Very good price!!

I bought the same last year at 20% off jar... :-( :-(

I only stocked up on Hanes summer underwear. Hanes didn't seem to have thermal underwear ga woh.

Easy to find basics - long- and short-sleeve T-shirts, pants, socks, Hanes, polar fleece.
But I really didn't see any thermal woh.
And it was summer then (though quite cool in SF) so I didn't look for thermal.

No i did not buy the ULTIMATE coz I don't want to be ultimately addicted with Thomas trains!!

You won't believe it, I saw that Racing set at Lai Yuen Tung Street of WC with bluestar today. Price HK$168!!!!! even cheaper. I bought it at $18x at ToyRus.

In finding out that you are buying things at a more expensive px ?
I thought you knew about the toy shops in WC Tai Yuen St long long ago tim !!
I go there for Tomy toys (cars and trains) and these are definitely cheaper than TRUs, if they have them.
But they don't have Lego and few Scrabble.
So whatever is available from WC I buy there first. Then for those which are not in WC, I buy from TRUs.

I know some toys at Kam Fai are more cheaper whereas some are not. So have to be selective in buying.

I found the TOMY little toy car (boxed) is just $19.9 per item at Toysrus, and you may use star coupon (if any) hence net price is around $18 only. However Kam Fai seems to be more expensive... price ranged from $2x to $4x. Am I right?

No, I usually go to the other toy shop called 日昇，which is only a few shops further down, instead of 金輝。Tomy small toy cars there are $18@, unless otherwise marked.
On the otherhand, it is v easy to buy cars at $18+@ in 金輝 cos the labels are often misleading.
And if and when my son sees Tomy cars in TRUs which are new / v old ones which he cannot resist and cannot be found at $18@ in 日昇, I will buy from TRUs.
My son talks to me in Tomy toy car nos. ga, just tells me he wants nos. 6, 37, 94, etc.
Usually I find px in 日昇same as or less than 金輝.
There is another shop opposite 日昇with lots of "old" or "Japanese" editions of Tomy toy cars ==> some of these are v expensive.

Gloria saw the Tomy Racing Set with a
[size=large]Thomas Book in 日昇, not 金輝, yesterday.

I also always go to WC, but seldom to the toys' street, only to have dinner at 99's home.
