I really find qzy's books much better than moondog's ones. The latter books really have lots of flaw but still dearer than qzy's.

On Kee cookbook seems only teach u how to cook 海味 and no cake bor (GC, is it right?), so in case you practice to cook the abaone, shark fins and etc, remember to ask us to help u to taste the food ah.

No problem, if you want I can spend all your $$$ for you in Sing.

For 海味cooking, I wouldn't mind learning if you all give (I mean GIVE not lend) me the material and I will gladly try and cook for you. (if you dare to try and have a bite.)

I have in fact lost track of how much $$$ I should pay whom and how much to collect from whom. Soooooo many sums and figures to remember.

9/F Times Square, is it exactly the M&M shop ?? Are they have 50% off and with additional 10/20% off all year round or just a specific period of time ?

M&M outlets - there is one on 9/F Times Square but it's going to close after CNY. There is another one in New World Shopping Center in TST. In the outlets, stuff is only 50% off but with additional 10 or 20 % off (can't remember exactly) if purchase for more than say $300 or $500.

I seldom cook 海味 at home but my mom will make it at their home. I seldom use cook book but use my imagination

I agree totally! Just got the qzy delivery which I confirmed on Monday, got it in 2 days only, so fast! Moondog took more than 1 week! also, the moondog books are more dusty
