I look after the baby by myself, in the first two months I had a pui yuet, so i had it easy at 1st. Now i am starting to get the hang of it loh... the first week was so hard i had no time to eat or drink, i was about to give up and hire a maid, the main reason i don't want a maid is that i don't want a stranger in the house(flat) loh.. but his little smiles and funny moves kept me going!
My baby is call Callum, he was born on 30 May, he was due in July but had some complications so had to deliver him by emergency C-section, luckily both mummy and baby is doing very well!
I have a cleaner once a week, my husband says we should hire a part time helper but i want to try it on my own first, Shopping for food is the main problem but lucky where i live is close to the wet market and there is a supermarket very close by, but i will start to shop for a couple of days so i don't have to go every day..
during the evening and weekends when my husband is home he helps out with the baby, he is not asleep yet but is in his cot with his eyes open and looking around i think he is getting to the stage where he don't need so much sleep now..... I will think about the part-time helper, everyone thinks is a good idea to have... humm...
I don't go inside the wet market I only go to the stalls outside, people push even though if you are pregnant or carrying a baby, I don't really take the push chair when I go out shopping cause it's easier for me to move around.
I take my husband with me over the weekend if I need anything heavy! Hehehe….
