Did your friend check the goodies for you in UK ?
Instead of just chasing them up for the missing set,
perhaps you can consider saying that you plan to place another order can they let you have the missing set back together with the new order, and have them all delivered to the new address.
Hopefully this will make them feel better and be more helpful.

You should tell them : MANY MANY LOTS LOTS of your friendS will be placing a HUGE order (truncated into several smaller, manageable orders) within the next week, and if they don't take good care of you then these friendS will all disappear.
