The most important thing with ginger and vinegar is the vinegar, Bat Chan is the best to use. First peel the ginger(don't know how much you are cooking) then just put them in the vinegar, you can start a month before you give birth, the longer the better but on month is ok! then a day before you eat you add the pigs trotters, the egg.. some people add them on the day or some will boil the egg and just crack the egg and add it with the shells, the shells will melt away if you put them in longer(more calcium).

Hi everybody,
Long time no chat, miss you all. Trip to Japan was very tried but happy. I used a week to recover those pains from all over the body. Still need a little bit time to manage the photos.
