各位媽咪
其實我都想轉入admin/HR assistant的一行,因為現在我只是公名一名J Clerk--人工少,職位低(學不到野,日後被人抄了都找不到工)

不過我只有中五程度,坊間間間公司都要求都天花龍鳳,我都唔知如何可入行,我是否要讀過秘書課程,hr cert會好點
但hr的課程那兒有得讀呢,是否一定要讀呢(因我想做 hr assistant /admin assistant先),

我都係 5 days work, 9am-6pm, 唔駛點 OT, 但有時就要飛.....about 1-2 個月一次咁喇....去親都要起碼 1 week...

依家我都係人唔響 HK 地打緊 message here...

We passed the calculation and submission to a local service company and they charge us a monthly fee, so I don't have to do it ourselves.

我地都係用緊喱個方法, 但老細唔想再幫個同事做. 有冇咩suggestion? 但我地唔介意比稅, 只係唔想做咁多 admin work. 但又唔想個同事比依家收少左. 如果我將個稅同 payroll 一齊出比佢, 咁喱 part 都係要比稅, 冇咩 jet so.

I have been in HR field for so many years lah

I like working in MNC and I did work in MNC for so many years, but now, due to having a 2-year-old boy, I change to a local company in industrial area which is close to my home ~ 10 mins walking distance. No more 5-day, no more cosy office environment, no more classy shopping arcade :-( but I can bring my son to school before going to work from Oct

I never did Admin before but have to do P&A in the current job, admin is sooooooooo trouble, I still prefer doing HR job - though it's also quite trouble :mrgreen:

Training & OD - seems very rare in the market wor

I purposely type in English gar because I have less chance to practise English in my current job, so just do it here :mrgreen:

絕對認同.
hr要服侍所有人, 仲衰過一個秘書.
又係customer service, 不過對象係同事, 唔係客.
做得好有人讚, 做得冇咁好就人人知, 仲要俾人話你唔夠pro.

Karen,
I also worked as a recruitment consultant before but I think it's not a HR job but a sales job ~ matching candidates for employer then get the commission. But in fact, you still have to get some "selection" skills in the screening process. If you are not looking for a senior position but just a HR beginner, it's still an experience. Wish you good luck

Yes, HR is to serve everyone, Admin is to do everything that no one want to do - I am doing both right now :-| But I quite enjoy dealing with people, if you are doing a good job, it earns a lot of friends indeed. HR friends, add oil!!

Thank you for your reply! I don't have experience in training, orientation, staff benefit but only have recruitment, payroll and employment contract experience. It is difficult to work in HR field, even I look for Assistant position.

What's your education background? If you have recruitment, payroll and employment contract knowledge, it should be an asset for you to apply for a beginner HR post wor.

Dear nik,

I am graduated in HKBU with a major in Applied Communications Studies. Hopefully my previous experience will help. Ai.........I haven't got a call from the company in Kwun Tong.

I understand your feeling, as I met this kind of colleague when I worked in the recruitment agency. She hated to make cold calls so she seldom did it even the boss told her to do so. This is quite trouble.
However, she is quite good in building relationship.
