I checked from Baptist, St. Teresa, Cannossa , ect. that all the antenatal classes. already full except St. Paul. St. Paul class includes 2 lessons and cost $500 for couple. I also do swimming as regular exercise. Is there anyone know when is not suitable doing this exercise? after which week?
My tummy seems contract more frequently than before i.e. harden suddenly and then soften. This happens to me several times a day. My friend told me to keep in view. If there is frequent regular contraction, need to go to hospital.

If you have friends in Sing or going to there, you can get them to buy for you (quite heavy though).
Some of the bk mamis bought them and DWE in China which are much cheaper as well (China version).
Look before you buy!!!
