My package is $3000 for 2 times. I have used just 1 time. The pigments have vanished about 70%. Not determined yet when to do the 2nd time. As it is still hot now, better wait till deep fall or winter when the sunshine is not so strong. U know, it's better to stay away from the sun in the several weeks following the laser.

Same for me, I joined the CPS first. In fact, Reenxx was recommended by 2 of my best friends. They also did laser previously there with v good results. So, I did it 4 months ago. My problem is not freckles but pigments after pregnancy. Very annoying. :tongue:

I felt quite nervous when I did the laser ga. But to get the reborn feeling, have to take the courage!! The result is quite satisfactory and I am confident enough not to put on any foundation now. P.S. I seldom went to work without foundation and blush before.

Do you still keep going to Reenxx now?

My son told me that YMCA football is the best. Why?? It's because it is indoors with air-conditioning!!

Of course football indoors with air/con is lots better than sweating under the sun la !!
Our kids are sooooo pampered !

And they really know how to make themselves more comfortable + play mad.

How much for lasik now? One of my eyes is "lazy eye" and the other one is about 400. Do you think it is worth to do the lasik ?-(

Just have dinner with my relatives today and they introduced a doctor (from 養和 before) doing Lasik.

Wanna find a partner to do Lasik together cos 二人同行 just avg $9,xxx per person whereas 單拖 need to pay $14,xxx

Re Lasik, 我去個間price range 係17000 to 20000 (two eyes) after deducting $2000 coupon. 佢係由一班第一代Lasik眼專醫生成立的，d儀器係勁過養和。My total cost would be $20850 (pre-op checking, operation + 5 times 覆診).係貴d，但我老細話好，我想穩陣d啊！

Operation takes place at the Central Clinic. My date is 16 Oct..

以後就可以正式再會帶眼識人啦！

Yes, I am convinced that Lasik is the best way to reduce reliance on spectacles. It was reported that after the South Asian Tsunami there were upsurge in Lasik operations coz people saw the importance of not relying on spectacles.

There should be no pain coz the doctor will apply some anesthetic eye drop beforehand. May feel a bit dry and see some 眩光 at night time after operation. Can see clearly the next day. Let me dig out the website for you later . You can actually attend their seminar first to find out more.

My colleague did it ~2y ago at HK Sanitorium. OK.
Another ex-colleague in yr hubby's place did it ~10y ago too.
But after the operation, the greatest danger is in 視網膜脫落. So you cannot 頂頭槌, bump your head or turn head-over-heels (倒立)

And if it is done by Dr. 唐柏泉, = 信譽保證. This doc is vvv senior and has vvv good reputation.

The clinic (at MK) will arrange a talk about Laik on every Thur and Sat. I will go this Thurs to get more info.

One of my relatives did Lasik by this doctor in 2003, so far so good and no side effects found. And another 2 relative did it (by the same doctor) just in last month, and the result is good too.

They said actually this is a very minor operation, and they can get back to work next day if they wish.

I would like to take the Lasik operation but......

My husband have this operation done in Sanitorium in 1998 (around HK$20,000), he attended the talk and discussed with the doctor face to face in an hour time and have the operation done within an hour also. It took only a few days to recover. *During the discussion, the doctor Mr Tsang did mention to my husband that he may have 視網膜脫落 within 10 years' time*. Last year, my husband found one of his eyes has sth, like contact len swinging and was 視網膜脫落. He had the operation done immediately again by Mr Tsang (around HK$100,000) but very painful and took more than 4 months to be fully recovered.

Better check with the doctor and see if you are fit to have this surgery or not.

My hus always says can you find any 眼科 doctor did the Lasik operation, as no one knows what happen after 10-20 years later.
