因為唔可能食一世.
學左可以用一世既野,我好傾向俾時間教人學.

小妹妹你咁後生唔駛灰心喎!我大你25年,一直都是0運動,舊年先認識教主,開始跳JM, 開頭的時候,真係幾辛苦,依家1,2,3都可以順利完成,雖然都係跟ANITA, 磅數一直都係差不多,跌少少又升返,最近兩星期先開改變飲食方法,(之前已戒零食,和糖)雖然沒跟足教主的高低碳,但已盡量eat clean, 戒飯,多食肉,体重突破性地跌了0.7kg, 依家最低去到53.4kg (161cm), 真係好開心㗎!
我咁大年紀都得,只要你肯管住你把口,一定無問題啦!加油!
