I attended the prenatal class yesterday and the instructor said that would affect the shape of the breasts.... so I dare not sleep without wearing the bras from now.
Any tips to buy maternity bra? When do I know that I need to get a new bra?

if your bra's cup still ok but width, you may buy a extention buckle in bra shops only cost 5 dollar. if those size of cup and width are tight cos you difficult to breath than you need to buy a new bra.
