Fully agree . People said it’s their right . And the lady told my director (her boss ) that she cannot handle stress during pregnancy and asked him to reallocate 50% of her job to others team members . I really want to fire her at that time . So thick skin ! ( she took at least 3 sick leaves a week and said she need to bed rest but no dr cert) . And she did not declare she is pregnant during job interview but after we hired her all of sudden she said she got pregnant by accident and it’s 4 months already ! She is already at age 41 and a mum of 3 … got pregnant by accident ? Lame excuse
