I already bought some at 山林道, reasonable price but not too many style right now sold out a lot la

Jmun... you bought some at silvercord, how may discount at the store (basement) right!!

Thanks for your detail explanation of the three types.

I also started from Iyengar first and then changed to the current teacher who teaches both Iyengar and Ashtanga. I remember the days when I practiced only the Iyengar postures, it's very dull but gave me a good understanding of how a posture should be and how my body react to it as we normally hold for a few minutes in one posture before moving on to another. But then when I move to the Ashtanga sequences, I began very slow and I still want to adjust my posture a bit more. This is one of the reason it's a bit hard for me.

聽朋友講 pure yoga 好好, 可唔可話俾我知幾錢到 ? 有無得試堂 ? 邊個導師好 ?

因我從未接觸過 yoga

, 但很有興趣, 想多做運動 & 身型 fit d

, 有無邊款推介 ?

我住新界, 諗住去尖咀o個間, 但未必會做得咁密, 有咩推介 ?

I've never heard of Chinese version, but maybe you could try to search some Taiwan bookstores.
Mine is exactly the one you've showed in the message, the context is quite difficult when I read it (not long after I started yoga).

bingo!!the one at basement!

I got only 10% discount in March but 20% discount in April (special promotion)!

They mainly sell the brand "Lotus" which is made in Canada. The quality is good and cutting is fashionable. A lot of choice but the price is quite expensive compare with Nike. I'll go to Canada in July and will check whether the price is more competitive. Perhaps have a crazy shopping there!

pure yoga 我自己就覺得幾好，其實我開頭都係末做過 yoga，試完堂覺得有興趣就 join 咗，開頭都係慢慢跟住做，自己另外買 d 書 & vcd 返曬睇吓，唔明就再問吓導師，屬於比較"自發性"，如果係比較被動嘅，可能先參加 d 有初班嘅比較適合。

pure yoga 我比較鍾意跟 Grace, Javy, Anna L，另外 Doris, Matina, Nitai 都唔錯！其實每位導師風格都唔同，啱我未必啱你，要睇吓自己夾邊位多 d！

你係咪搭火車架，尖東站一出行7-8mins 就到，都好方便！

I am doing yoga in Bikram now & will expire on 31/8. I am considering join pura yoda in Mongkok. I know it's $5xx per month, right? i want to ask whether i need to sign contract for a yr?
