I went to Caringford "好好: for dinner last night with my in-law ~~~ and also I went to Dundas for my dental appointment as well hahahaaaa.... I can come to North West ga~~ cos Jaydendaddy give me the Narman (GPS) so I can go any where now hehehehe.....

I agree withu ~~ that's why I have put Jayden to the waiting list since Jay 2 months old ~~ and He started childcare in 6 months old ~~~ 2 days a week now~~~ heheheee....and some mummies told me, they dont even have chance to put the baby name to the waiting list ~~ cos the waiting list it's full ~~~

I haven't book the ticket yet ~~ cos we will going in Nov~~ so should be fine, wait until Aug ~~ hehehee~~ see any special hhheheheee.... also my 99 and 62 will do a research for the ticket for me ~~ hehhe~~ cos they always going to HK ~~ 3-5 times a years hahahaha....

Can't wait to see you both. My son (Samuel) and I are available after play group finish at 11:30am (I may not go if it's too windy, so cold today

I know that child care and pre-school here is very full la. It's very lucky that I can find a good preschool for Samuel quick, probably because of the school relocation. The director told me that there are in fact many names in the waiting list, but she is too busy that she just accepted my application first as I went to the pre-school in person.

A question about return visa

Our 5 year visa will be expired this August and my hubby needs to go back to HK for work several times a year. He planned to apply for the returning visa soon. I learned from the website that a 5 year visa can be granted to applicants with "close personal ties". Anyone know that what documents are needed and what things I need to pay attention to when I submit my application?

Josephine: You are very lucky that the director accepts your son's application so quickly. I got told that I need to put name down on waiting list soon after the baby's birth. I want Ally to starts pre-school when she turns 3. So hopefully is not too late now. (she is only 12 months old)

wawa... childcare & pre-school is so full?!!

Although I'm now in HK (will move in next mth), can I register online for Allie?

In HK, pre-school (here say playgroup) starts as early as 1 month!! if 1-2 mths babies, usually baby massage will be given. My nephew starts playground around 5-6 month la. Allie is already 1 year old and I need to catch up la.

hai la, so coincident ar. both Ally & Allie pronounce the same. It's named by Allie's daddy and he asked me to choose the spelling. Myself like "-lie", feels more "girl"...haha.... don't know why has this feeling on just a few letters :lol:

I do my (chinese grocery) shopping @ Carlingford village. he...he.... And always have "Afternoon Tea" @ "hong kong cafe'"....ha....ha.... Maybe we should meet and have lunch /tea next time you visit Carlingford??!!
My family used to love "Excellent restaurant" and go there every week and now we just sick of their food.

How old is Jayden?? 2 days in childcare already! He must be very independent. And you're a brave mother. I don't know whether I can do it. I think I will cry (not my baby) woo......wooo........:-( :-(

If you're going (HK) in Nov, you should be fine. Not peak season yet. Yes, pay later if you can.

Same as Allyson, we prefer it with "y" than "i". he..he...

Oh, you're in Hong Kong now! How often you visit HK?

We don't go to any playgroup but I take Ally to "Gymbaroo" and "Kindamusik" once a week. Ally loves them both. And we did bit of singing, playing & massage in both classes too.

Hey, if you like "i" more than "y", why not use "Alison"? Tell you a joke, but please don't angry with me coz it's my actual experience.

At the stage my husband & I are thinking of our baby's name, the first come up is "Alison". One day, I told my sister that my baby is going to be Alison over the phone. Maybe the phone is not very clear, after hearing that, my sister felt surprised and loudly said "What? Elephant"?!!!

oh my god, so i immediately give up this name coz I'm afraid that other kids will take this as a nakename to my baby!!!!! That's why lastly we give "Allie". :lol:

I've not yet moved to Sydney, but will be in next month. Do you know where I can register for pre-school or childcare?

That's okay! I guess lots of people will give different comments on all different names anyway. The most important thing is that we both (me and my hubby) like this name.

hahaaaa, my 99 and 62 shopping @ Carlingford village for chinese grocery too heheheee....

My 99 and 62 going to HK tomorrow, will be back mid Jun ~~ what about we meet Friday 15/6 for lunch or afternoon tea, then I can go and visit my 99 & 62 hehehe...

I ONLY been to "Excellent restaurant" few times ~~ Food was ok la... but not very good hehehe....

My 99 & 62 love to going to Chatswood or Bondi "Kam Fook" ~~~ usually we go every two.... " one time we went 4 times in a week" ~ very scary~~ u know la.. the old ppls once they love the place , then we always go to the same place ga la.......

Jayden is 8months 2 weeks old now ~~ Well, so far Jay b is very independent. He didn't cry since from the first day at the childcare ~ cos he love to play with other bb ~~ all the teachers love him cos he didnt cry much~~~ ~~ At home, he's sleep in his own room too...

Jayden also going to one day playgroup with our mother's group bb, one day mother's group meeting ( coffee time for mummy) hehehe~~ and plan to going for a swimming class next term with our mother's group bb~~~

OK. See you both tomorrow at 12:00 outside Coles. Samuel and I should be there before 12:00. I promised to take him a picture in the new motorcycle ride outside ALDI tomorrow! Hope that Samuel will not disturb us too much during lunch. He will lose patience everywhere we dine out. It's really quite embarassing.

I joined Kindermusik in HK when Samuel is around 1.5-2.5 years old. It's a very good course, esp since Samuel like music much. Not sure if this course is popular here and how much does it cost. In HK, it's around HK$150-200 per l hr lesson, including materials.
