I’ve attended the pre-parent meeting of Salvation Army – Jat Ming last month. But I gave up the waiting list for interview afterward as it is not ‘my cup of tea’. First, I don’t like the environment of school. The concept of the nusery is good, but I think it is too relax if studying for the whole 4 yrs (N1-N4) without any homework!(Of course, they’ve some writing during the lesson) May be for N1 or N2 is OK. How can they adapt to primary? I think it needs some writing/homework at least for N4/K3 to reinforce what they’ve learnt in the class. This is my thought and experience. May be I’m not up-to-date. :-P
Anyway, tell us what you think after visit.

創價一星期有兩天上英文堂,一天上普通話堂,因為老師全部用英語對話加上動作d小朋友都好易學到,我個女有時返到來都會在生活上講d在學校上堂時的英語,間學校真係好,因為在沙士其間都打電話了解小朋友在家的情況及活動,因為有太多家長都話小朋友在家實在太無聊,所以學校的校長及老師做了一隻學習的vcd寄比小朋友睇當上堂,還定期寄一些簡單的工課(例如:連線或填色)給我個女做,做完後寄回校,因為我有好多朋友的仔女的學校都無這樣做,所以我覺得這間學校真是好學校,很為d學生.St.Catherine 的教學我就不清楚,但創價以千幾圓的學費都可以有這樣的水準都已經超值.不過我老公堅持嚴的學校才會出好的學生,但現今香港真的要”田鴨式”學習,我就喜歡活動教學,如果你個女係硬頸的性格,我念都係選活動教學好些,等個女吾好噤辛苦.
