Don't be angry with your mail. Actually, each individual has her own strengths and weaknesses. Some people asked me not to hire those maid has working experience in Hong Kong. They know everything in HK and become very witty.
However, one of my friends hire a HK maid for 6 years. He satisfied with the maid's performance. The maid helped to bring up his 2 little son from born to now. Therefore, don't worry for your maid. Though your maid have worked in Taiwan, she may be the exceptional one.
By the way, I'd also like to know the reason why you are so negative to those maids have working experience in Taiwan.

My mother hired a maid before. She was so spoiled. My mother said that she was afraid that the maid would run away and hide in Taiwan for years to make lots of money and then turn herself in so she could have free trip back to her country.
If this happens, my mother cannot hire another one before the police find the old one. That's the law in Taiwan so all the helpers are so 有恃無恐！
