小兒都在瑪麗睇緊皮膚科同免疫科,最近接受醫生意見,服食了一種可以醫治濕疹的口服藥(今天14號的東方日報也有報導,韓錦倫教授介紹那種),皮膚真的開始好了點,但要每兩星期回去驗血,因有副作用,而這是暫時唯一幫到佢的方法.

唔該哂你post依d資料出黎，我都要問清楚我個醫生，因為阿女塊面同眼皮都會成日出，而醫生俾既藥係屬於potent喎，依d位１﹣２個星期都可能要搽２﹣３次，但醫生都無講得好明確最多只可搽2 wks。

Azathioprine(硫唑嘌呤)? 明報都有講,是for嚴重濕疹, 妳仔仔很嚴重嗎?

Thanks for your reply.... i have been applied the U-triamcinolone for two days (twice a day) and stop it when the eczema changed to light red but i found that eczema back again so i applied the 紫雲膏 but my baby 's skin changed to deep red next day..... actually i have been applied hydrocortisone for two days before applied this U cream but the eczema also changed to deep red so I used the strong one....do u think his eczema become worse? He tried many ways to treat his eczema but still come back very soon.

The medicine of this doctor is quite heavy, you have better to consult other doctor. Since face is thin and sensitive, the effect effect of steroids will much greater than normal. Hence, only lowest s ...

will his face become better when stop apply the steroid because i can see his face has 2大達印with normal skin and 濕疹印(skin has been "thin")

佢第一次睇瑪麗時,醫生已經要佢入院做濕裹,呢幾年都番番覆覆,醫生都覺得佢比較差至見意佢食呢隻藥.

起初我地都好抗拒,希望佢大個左好d,而且就算食藥有咩反應佢都識講出來,但醫生每次見佢都話佢d皮膚好差,會好影響佢自己,而且我地都無晒辦法,佢每日唔係搽藥膏就protopic,所以唯一辦法就係試下.

以家每兩星期要返去驗血,睇住個肝同白血球,食左一個月一星期了,以前好頑固嘅手踭同膝蓋位明顯少左紅,希望佢可以慢慢好番.

hi~我又來呀

昨天我囡因轉季濕疹又發作去睇醫生, 同醫生傾開計, 佢俾左個沖涼偏方給我, 用2湯匙整麵包既梳打粉放落溫水浴盤浸5-10分鐘, 跟住沖乾身, 再全身搽浴油沖身拖cream, 1星期沖2次, 效果唔錯.
陳醫生話在美國執醫時都試過有病人用過幾好, 最緊要呢d食用梳打粉係冇害, 試下都無壞.

不過我都幾驚咁沖法會唔會冷親

我又想問下有冇媽咪幫小朋友做抽血驗致敏原測試

我昨天問埋醫生意見, 佢就話唔見議我囡囡呢個時候(還有1個月就3歲)做呢個測試, 話就算做左都未必準確

因血液內如果對某d致敏原反應少既話, 但事實可能對果樣野有敏感喎

最衰我耳仔唔好聽唔得刧醫生講既野, 所以想上來問下大家意見

Your step for applying steroid is wrong, you just use two days and then stop applying when feel better, hence it will let the steroid become no effect (搽純o在 ) and the eczema will be very easy come back.

The correct treatment of steroid is stated below:
Applying a thin layer on eczema area at least 5 days for serious case. Don't stop applying it when even it get better. If it is not getting well after 5 days, stop applying steroid at least two days that let skin can recover form steroid treatment. On the next week, you can apply 3 or 4 days and then rest 3, or 4 days. Finally, don't use the medicine more then three weeks before consulting doctor.

In the simple saying, apply steroid on the rule of 5 + 2 . You may try to apply hydrocortisone that you use before, it may not be no effect.

如有藥食得好,沒有辦法下都要試下啦,現有好轉都幾好丫,加油

我以前囡囡眼皮又是唔得,重起得幾勁下,前後半年,搽極藥都唔好,最後瑪麗的e生suggest用protopic才搽好,重好快有好添,不過那是沒有steroid 的濕疹藥,不過e生話少量用沒問題,妳可考慮下丫。

e生說得沒錯丫,如果未食過的食物在血內沒抗體,所以就算對那食物過敏都不能檢到。妳要吃過,有過敏反應,身體生產大量抗體後才能肯定check到(~50%)。所以skin test 才準確(~80%). 最準確是challenge test (100%), 即在e院裏做,真的吃下去,都幾煩下。

所以做skin test 好點.

thanks for your information....may i know is it means that even the eczema get well but i still need to apply the steroid up to 5 days to finish the treatment? can i reduce the dosages from twice a day to once a day then stop? thanks for you telling me such information coz the doctor never tell me before...

In general case, it is sugguested to apply at least 3 to 5 days for the first week, even it get well (no red on the skin). On the next week, the dosage can be reduced to 2 to 4 days, but it is recomendated twice a day as orignal.

In your case, I think we would better to apply 5 day on the first week first. If it get better, it can apply 3 or 4 days on the next week.

唔想用 cortisone

我想請教下, 我一直幫囝囝揸 cortisone 都係一淡左少少色就停, 改為揸多些潤膚膏. 但有時紅印淡左些, 但一兩天又起過, 我再繼續都係揸潤膚膏, 但紅印都唔多退, 才改為用番 cortisone. 如是者繼續都一個月啦. 我想問下, 如果有紅, 其實單係揸潤膚膏係咪正確 ? 因為我唔想用太多 cortisone. 不過見你回應其他媽咪的解釋, 會唔會因為我揸下又停, 同埋我真係揸得好少, 只係點一點咁滯, 會唔會因為咁比較較退哂 d 紅印 ??
