There some really good comment regarding SA's nursery (there's a topic in Kndergarden group regarding SA's nursery), maybe you would reconsider whether to send your kid to Kowloon Tong for K1.
But you need to apply asap. The one in Tsuen Wan claims it takes two before before the kid in the waiting list can be taken.
I guess most nursery accept application whether your kid is old enough or not.
