They have liquid or solid types of vitamins for kids. The liquid type will good for up to 3 years old and you can add that into the juice/milk. The one that my son is taking is the solid ones, multi-vitmain and is like the candies, there are so much brands out there,(Flintstone,Buz bunnies.....)and they have the gummy bears types too, you can check that out from your local pharmacy, I am sure there are a lot in H.K. too.

Thanks!He's better now. He is suffering from a mild chest infection so that he's got high fever for nearly 1 week!

I will go to Mt. Butler as I think the competiton for Central is more keen. Mt. Butler is so near us, I have no excuse. Besides, we do have fresher air here.
Hey did anyone go to school with your kids today for Halloween? I did. I was afraid Justin would be shocked to see children dressing up as ghosts but there were no ghosts today, only beauty queens, supermen & spidermen!
I quite appreciate Justin's school because the party was meant to show parents what our kids did / learnt at school. They sang songs, went to bathrooms & playground.... & had a special show today in the main hall. I had a chance to talk to Justin's teachers to find out how he was doing. I am happy to see that Justin has a good time at school!

You reminded me that there were a few children in Justin's class whose parents could not go to the Halloween party with them. I noticed they didn't have as much fun as other children :-( You & I were lucky to catch these precious moments! You are really rich - bought a pumpkin from Citysuper instead of ParkNShop!!!
