Last night, I cooked the potato, tomato , pork with the rice, he ate quite a bit. Any suggestions from other mommies regarding what to cook for our little ones?

Hello to all mommies,
My son is O.K. now. May be he got too much cloth when having the 'rose' measles, he had the prickly heat afterward. Hehehe.. what a mommy....
He was quite irritable and always yelling at mid-night in the part few days. I also notice that his mouth is quite smelly. So, I help him to apply the pricky heat power and stop the meat in all meals for two days. Touch wood, he slept quite well last night.
I can't go to the BBQ this weekend. I plan to bring my son to the courtryside for a little walk as he haven't go out for two weeks already. I'll also prepare the stuffs to be used in the hospital when giving birth to the second baby.

May be you baby is teething, the big one, and lose appetite. You may try to boil the rice more soft and mixed with the soft food such as the steam egg, potato, tomato and carrot. My son like the potato and carrot very much as it is sweet even without any seasoning. I use to give him the carrot after boiling it in the soup.

Thanks for the recipe,it sounds good to me, I am sure will try that. Is funny that he doesn't eat those mashed food for few months already but all the sudden he started to eat those again. Now, it seems like he went back to the BB stage! Eating the mashed food and wake up in the middle of the nites. :-( and let me tell you is every single night.

Thanks for your advise too, yes, I agree with you and I know he is teething too with the molar ones. But is been two months already that he has suffered by the swollen gum but only 2 molars has come out and you could tell the other two from the upper part hasn't come out yet. He is not like some other kids, it might take them 1-2 weeks and the teeth will come out. He is on and off. That is killing me! Cause he doens't eat right and doen't sleep well too.
My son is funny these days, I taught him how to say" I know, I know" so, now whenever I scold at him, he will say I know, I know right the way, even though in the middle of the night, he wakes up and I said to him you got to go back to sleep, he will say I know, I know. But I said to him, you will only say it but not doing it. Just like your daddy. Only talking not doing!
