Guess what, I went to Nicks on King Street wharf on my last year's birthday! Great view! The food were so yummy except the seafood platter was a bit disappointing.....

Is my birthday next week and my hubby is still thinking...................

How are you?

We also got the notice about the activiy on Sunday at my son's school. My son is interested to go but unfortunately the piano lesson can not be rescheduled. If the piano is at 10:45am, do you think it is ok for staying for 45 mins? :cry:

I think it's up to you to decide how long you stay but. The programme may last until 11am or 11:15am. You may also let your daughter stay for the whole programme (someone will take care of her) and pick her up after you send your son to piano lesson.

Maybe I can also ask this Sunday if they have any other activities not held on Sunday morning for children aged around 6 and 9.

Do call me if you join this week.

I went to the baby Expo yesterday. It was okay not too many people. You need to pay for most of the show bags.

Michelle, are you planning for Jayden's first birthday?
Are you planning to have a party at home or some where else? I got trouble finding a place for Ally's 1st b'day party, so finally we have to do it at our backyard.

(it was okay but we have to clean up after the party)

Great to see you again too. The sausage is great, with bread, butter, mustard and barbecue sauce, and there were tea and juice also. People kept circling around the sausage pan and wait for the sausage, since the speed of sizzling can match with people's demand la.

Though there will be no more sausage sizzle next Sunday, hope to see you and Mathew again.

Busy busy ar... hahahaaa.... Need to prepare for Jaydendaddy best friend engagement party this weekend ~~~ hehehe... I brought a very nice clothes, bib & shoes for Jayden to go to this party hhahahaa......

Also busy searching for more private school info ar.... I have placed Jayden name on Trinity grammar pre-kindergarten day boy waiting list ga la.... but not sure will they have place or not ga,.. cos cant guarantee ga.. long waiting list !!!!! so my 99 & 62 want me to apply few more private kindergarten for Jayden ~~~ each school application fee $200 ga ~~~

The actual situation differs a lot from what we saw on the web. The room condition is very poor and even have strange smell. Some buildings appeared very close to station on the map, but in reality is even not a walking distance as described on the ad

As such, we may not be able to live in Eastwood. My husband is now switching to Hurstville as there are newer building. aiii... god bless la~~~

I am busy too. One of my friend came to Oz for 1 year for holiday+working. She is temporarily stayed in my house since Monday. And my son is sick again, have sore throat and ear, and fever as well yesterday. Doctor said he needs to take antibotics but he is relunctant to take any no matter how hard we try! Thanks God that he is feeling much better today, active as usual, but I am now in the edge of sick and not sick la.

Yes, my friend told me that very often the reality is very deviated from what ad described regarding house rental. My house is small and with poor condition too. You know what, we have moved in for more than 3 months but not until yesterday someone eventually came to repair the broken soap holder and drainage in the bathroom, and a hole in the wall of the living room!

Anyway, hope your hubby can find a GOOD place to live very soon, and welcome to the Hurstville and looking forward to have lunch with you ga.

Yes, I know what you're going through now. Because I did the same thing too. I put Ally's name on 2 private (girls) school's enrollment lists. Both cost approx. $200. And if they offer her a place then we need to pay $1500 (non-refundable acceptance fee) to hold the place 'til year 2012. (But they don't run interview until 18 months prior the commencement date.) I think you better apply more than one school.

Hope everything is well with Samuel now. I know how awful it is if our kids don't want to take medicine! We have to use ,whether "hard" or "soft" way to make them take it, that is the only way they will get better. Also you need to take care of yourself too cause Samuel needs you ga.
