My buffet friends have all deserted me for a few years :-( , so same applies to me :

Which was why I talk about the cheap cheap gong so biscuit, dau sa kok, chu chung fun, Chiu-Chow style dessert, smallish restaurant, etc instead of Petrus, Grissini, Sabatini, hotel buffets, etc. :-(

Elf eating a lot is better than elf not eating much.

When piglet was in day nursery, he gets 2 breakfasts (8:30 am 1 bottle of milk at home, 9am a bun and a drink like horlicks or ovaltine at school), 12 noon lunch, 12:30 - 3 or 3:15 afternoon nap, 3:15 afternoon snack, 4:30pm leaves school, home for a bath then 5pm snack, 7pm dinner, 10pm siu yeh snack. And we saw him grew to present size, both height and weight in 97%tile.

First expansion found in K1 and continued ever since. Food in day nursery is freshly cooked by the staff and sometimes piglet says it tastes even better than home food.

So just let elf have a lot of exercise, eg swimming, so he can be fit not fat. He needs the food for growing. Also let him have a snack at around 4:30pm so he won't be too hungry for early dinner.
Piglet is always eating like an ex-prisoner everyday, so he gets swimming and taekwondo in addition to PE at school, once a week.

Elf can start taekwondo at 4 or 5, not yet.

elf is fond of Pizza. Hope he wouldn't fall asleep after class next monday when we can go Pizzeria :-P

If you want to go, take MTR to North Point.
Or enjoy a slow tram ride and take a tram heading for North Point. 新都城百貨 is directly opposite to North Point Tram Terminus.

[Haven't you heard of Wah Fung Gwok Foh (Wah Fung Chinese Emporium) and 新都城dai ha (building) before ? Or Sun Kwong Theatre where there is Cantonese opera performance everyday ? The old North Point area.]
